are located in Los Angeles, California. The focus of our
practice is mainly on U.S. immigration law. We have extensive

visas. We also handle citizenship cases and have a Green Card
lottery department to work on your lottery applications. Our

Fiona
Brook
Fiona Brook is the senior attorney at Brook & Associates. In 1994, she was admitted to the California Bar. She is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Central District of California and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Ms. Brook received her undergraduate degree and her law degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. She was a contributor to her University Law Review Journal. She also completed additional studies at Loyola University in Los Angeles.She has argued in court at state level as well as at the U.S. Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
Ms. Brook has gained extensive experience in the field of immigration and nationality law. She has represented public companies, media companies, biotech companies, advertising agencies, Fortune 500, IT companies, hospitals, public accounting and law firms, start-up ventures, non-profit organizations, healthcare centers, hotels, pharmaceutical companies and film production companies. She has also represented individuals from all over the globe.
Throughout her practice, Ms. Brook has devoted a significant amount of time to pro bono cases that are close to her heart. She taught different areas of law to school children and has participated in the Constitutional Rights Foundation programs.
Greg
Rubel
Mr. Rubel
practices in both our immigration and criminal defense
department.
His focus is
mainly on representing defendants in all types of criminal
matters. These range from felonies to misdemeanors and traffic
matters. He practices in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Rubel is
a UCLA graduate with a degree in Economics and Business. He then
completed a joint J.D. and MBA from Loyola University in Los
Angeles, California. He was admitted to practice in 1995. He is
admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California as
well as all state courts and the Central District Federal Court
in California.
He is a
member of a Beverly Hills Bar Association as well several
attorney referral programs. He is also a participant in the
Constitutional Rights Foundation programs. Mr. Rubel is a great
advocate for his clients’ rights. He will fight hard to
protect them and obtain the best possible results.
Charles Rubel
Mr. Rubel
practices in our Immigration department. He also has prior
experience with real estate law and personal injury law.
He is a UCLA graduate and a graduate of Southwestern Law School
in Los Angeles. Since 1992, he has been a member of the
California Bar. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme
Court of California as well as all state courts and the Central
District Federal Court in California. He is involved in
community life and ran for City Council in 1999.
